The SAFE Program
TEMP ran a trade-in program to match delivery workers with affordable, UL-certified e-bikes and get hazardous bikes off the streets. The program exchanged more than 250 bikes and batteries. The program became a model for NYCDOT’s $2M e-bike exchange program.
E-bike subsidy program
The TEMP team designed and piloted NYC’s first e-bike subsidy program, connecting frontline and non-profit New Yorkers with low-cost, high-quality e-bikes
