TEMP designed and implemented the first e-bike exchange program to support delivery workers in upgrading their vehicles to UL-2849-certified e-bikes. The program protected lives and livelihoods by successfully exchanging 250 hazardous vehicles and helped inform the NYCDOT’s e-bike exchange program.
